Insurance Premium Audits:
| Our full time experienced staff auditors perform premium audits in a timely manner. Our auditors are also well vast in information technology capabilities and as such have the capability of working with both computerized and manual record keeping systems. To minimize errors, our IT department has developed state of the art and user friendly audit forms used by our field auditors. These forms automatically match the various classification codes to the classification wordings/descriptions and also automatically calculate the various exposures on the fly as the applicable data is entered into the electronics worksheet. The completed field work is electronically transmitted to our office for review and also electronically transmitted to our customers via the internet. We believe this is the best method of submitting completed reports since it eliminates the delays involved in customers receiving completed reports due to the use of the 3-5 days shipping method. Progress reports are also constantly sent to the customer via electronics method. Back up copies of all progress reports and completed reports are kept in our database for a period of 2 years.
